In Performance Management, the focus is on supporting the organization in implementing the initiatives selected in the Introductory Program and in managing performance of the organization’s Dashboard measures.
Member will be coached to:
- Support the development of tasks, resources, accountabilities, measures and timeframes for each of the initiatives undertaken.
- Set up tracking systems for all dashboard measures
- Meet with client on a monthly basis to review Dashboard performance and adjust Playbook and engagement strategy worksheets as needed
Member will complete one webinar and related study guide, complete an initiative action plan worksheet for each initiative, and update dashboard based on initiative objectives. The number of coaching sessions will depend upon level of involvement in the process.
